Check out the awesome new Skidgrip Jams by Converse! These Limited Edition sneakers feature the classic Jams printed fabric and Logos. Slip on a pair of these and you will feel like you like it is 1987. The best part of these sneakers is that NO TWO PAIRS are alike. The shoes are cut from a huge patterned fabric and every pair is a little different. Woo!

Yesterday we were happy to see long time customer and acclaimed choreographer- Trey McIntyre back in town to premiere his commissioned project for White Bird Dance. Check it out while they are in town! Click here for a link to Tickets.

If you are not in Portland- check out TMP on their website- maybe they are coming to a theatre near you.
While in the store- Trey picked up a pair of the ever cool Bob Cousy. Check out the sweet new color that we just got in- Italian canvas in Ivory/Green.

Two Oddball customers who happen to be twin furniture designers are making a big impression with their salvaged wood furniture. The Brothers Dressler have a new chandelier commissioned by Swaroski that they are showing at the Interior Design Show in Toronto. Check it our here.
We really dig their benches that they designed using salvaged shoe lasts. The salvaged wood is really amazing. And we wonder if any of those last are large sized...

This letter is one of the funniest complaint letters we have ever read. It has all of us here at Oddball cracking up. Need a laugh? Check it out here.
Here is a taste of what the Telegraph's article says:
"Dear Mr Branson
REF: Mumbai to Heathrow 7th December 2008
I love the Virgin brand, I really do which is why I continue to use it despite a series of unfortunate incidents over the last few years. This latest incident takes the biscuit.
Ironically, by the end of the flight I would have gladly paid over a thousand rupees for a single biscuit following the culinary journey of hell I was subjected to at the hands of your corporation.
Look at this Richard. Just look at it: see image 1, above.
I imagine the same questions are racing through your brilliant mind as were racing through mine on that fateful day. What is this? Why have I been given it? What have I done to deserve this? And, which one is the starter, which one is the desert?"

Check out the just in Forum Lo Rs by Adidas Originals. We haven't seen the Forum lo in big sizes for a few years. We were stoked to see this version come our way. We like the Black/White combo that will pretty much go with anything & anywhere. Check it out here.

Congrats to Chirs Kemoeatu- left starting guard & Oddball customer!
Second runner up for the funniest ads had to be the Doritos "Crystal Ball" ad. You are pretty much guaranteed a laugh when someone gets hit in the balls...
