Dear OddBallers:

      It has come to our attention from all of your diligent calls that the names and addresses on your catalogs for the Holiday Season are somewhat different. So, without further ado, here is what happened:

     Our mailer that we use locally here in Portland, OR literally made a slight tab shift on the Excel spreadsheet that we gave them for the mailing. SOOOOO....that means that the names that once were right were shifted one up or down. So while your address is correct, the name to that address is not.

     What Does That Mean to You: That means that while your address is correct, you just might receive a different name on the printing. If you are very lucky, you might receive a catalog with the name of one of our NBA customers which would be kinda cool.

     We did not under any circumstances give your information to anyone. Your account and account information is SAFE!

      The Soviets will not have your shoe size and the covert mission to find your shoe preferences has been called off and the planes have been recalled.

     WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE ERROR, AND WE WILL BE SENDING A NEW CATALOG WITH THE RIGHT NAMES ON THE RIGHT ADDRESSES NEXT WEEK.
