ODDSOW 29: Oddball Shoe of the Week

Converse All Star Lo in athletic navy camo.

A modern classic takes a not-so-subtle approach with Siberian camo, black detailing, and a white monochrome tongue label.

While Chuck Taylors are some of the most popular shoes of the last half-decade, this camo version makes an appearance in atypical fashion, especially when paired with our Oddball Bigfoot tee in navy/blue.

Available now in sizes 13-16 for 55 dollars.

Classic Cars and Big Shoes

Long-time Oddball customer and car enthusiast Torrae stopped by today in his tricked '85 El Camino. Thanks for the support Torrae! If anyone else out there wants to stop by in their souped up whips, come on by!

Fresh Bagel Delivery - Courtesy of Tastebud PDX
Big thanks to Mark over at Tastebud for dropping in and buying some shoes, but not before we left a care package of freshly baked bagels, cream cheese, lox, and cucumber. We always appreciate fellow small business owners spreading the love, so make sure you check out their website: Tastebudfarm.com and follow them on Instagram and Facebook @TasteBudPDX

They run a bagel cart on SW 10th and Alder in downtown Portland and drop by Farmer's Markets across town with their wood-fired pizza truck, rated by Sunset magazine as one of the top 10 pizzas on the West Coast. Drop on by, sample their goods, and be sure to tell 'em Oddball sent you.

ODDSOW 28: Oddball Shoe of the Week

Like skate shoes? Think Vans.
Like island living? Think Vans.
Like subtly colored shoes with ankle support? Think Vans.

The Alomar (textile) and Bedford (palm camo) are two examples of why Vans has been killing it with their premium OTW (Off The Wall) line. Take simple silhouettes, under-appreciated materials, and throw in a classic, sturdy Vans honeycomb outsole and the product is a tough skate shoe with urban appeal.

The Bedford (79 dollars) is the lower top version, which features zig-zagged herringbone textile upper, black eyelets and leather OTW accents, and a blue & tan palm tree design on the inner. The Alomar (99 dollars) has a burlap bag feel with suede piping, metal eyelets, and a pink/blue/tan camo-like inner.

Equally great on your favorite longboard or with a pair of jeans on a night out, the Vans OTW line really brings Vans to the next level. If you haven't tried a pair but are a Vans aficionado, use the code InstaODD for 10% off your order for these Shoes of the Week.

ODDSOW 27: Oddball Shoe of the Week

Cole Haan Grant Canoe Camp Moc in blazer blue batik print.

A true driving moc from a premium brand means the intersection of fashion and casual comfort.

Leather-lined canvas upper, genuine leather bottom with hand-stitched detailing and rubber nubs for traction. The leather accents wrap from the heel to the toe with a single piece of premium leather and is highlighted by boat-shoe like 360 degree round sport-notched laces. Leather also graces in the insole for that perfect moccasin fit above the cushioned insole.

Lightweight, supremely comfortable, and easy to slip-on means that these classic driving mocs may soon be your go-to summer shoes. Find your favorite style out three different colors in sizes 14-16 now by clicking the image above.

Oddball.com, where size ALWAYS matters.

Portland's World Naked Bike Ride Gets ODD
Thanks to one of our favorite Oddballs, Bruno, the World Naked Bike Ride hosted annually in Portland, OR got just a little bit more odd. Check out the photo below of 6'5" Bruno emblazoned with "Oddball" in paint on his backside riding the Dirty Sixer, built for men over 6'4" tall.

We love Odd, whether you wear big shoes or are just plain weird. Thanks for putting it all out there Bruno.
